TradeGrid is a contractor-friendly commercial service network founded by Todd Coney, a floor-care operator with experience serving multi-location retail accounts across the Northeast.

The platform is being built around a straightforward promise: no lead fees, clear job details, and a known payout before acceptance. The initial private pilot focuses on commercial carpet cleaning, entrance and portico cleaning, and floor maintenance in Delaware.

TradeGrid is new. Founder-provided service history and business relationships are context—not claims that any retailer or account has partnered with, endorsed, or awarded work to the platform. Public launch and automated payments will remain off until the complete test-job workflow works reliably.
